Crushers / Screeners
Our modern fully SEPA licensed mobile crushing fleet is offered for crushing hourly hire or on a contract basis, we also have all associated plant such as loading shovels and excavators to complete your contract on site. We have both mobile tracked jaw crushers and mobile screeners for hire. These units are able to be set up to crush many materials including hard stone, recycled aggregate or demolition waste to whatever size you require. Our own STGO heavy haulage vehicles will transport our crushing plant to your site and any associated items you require for loading or stockpiling duties. This versatile arrangement will allow you, the customer, to have the crushing operation set up to suit your exact needs on site and with our fully qualified plant operators. We operate the machinery as efficiently as possible to achieve the output volumes you need for your contract. Since our crushers are fully mobile they can be positioned around your site depending on the location of feedstock. Our service engineers are always on hand to change the mesh screens or “piano wires” to produce your desired output product size and keep the production line running smoothly.
